Fall Registration is Now Open!

What’s New?

Our participants will now have more options than ever to pursue their fitness goals. In Fall 2019, we’re coming out of the gates with new group fitness classes, new recreational classes, and a new group fitness pass option!

New Group Fitness Classes

We’re adding many new group fitness classes in a variety of different areas, such as Cycling and Yoga.

Rather than purchasing each class individually and limiting yourself to a few choices, our group fitness program allows you to take unlimited classes over the entire quarter for one price. The pass system lets you choose from different pass options and try many different types of classes rather than just one or two. 

With over 100 group fitness classes available each week, you’re sure to find the perfect workouts to match your schedule.

New Group Fitness Pass

In addition to our current Platinum and Cardinal passes, we’re introducing a new type of group fitness pass on the main campus: Cardinal Cycling. With this new option, you get access to all the great Cardinal Pass classes and new indoor cycling classes.

Don’t miss Preview Week from September 23-29 on the main campus and Redwood City where you can try any group fitness class for FREE!

New Recreational Classes 

If you prefer focusing on only one or a few classes each quarter, our recreational classes allow you to specialize on specific sports or workouts. 

This upcoming quarter, we’re adding four new classes to our current schedule. You can now try out Circuit Weight Training, Cross Training, Healthy Back/Strong Abs, and Senior Strong. Check out our recreational class page for the full list of offerings.

You can also improve your skills or learn sports like gymnastics, golf, squash, and more. We also offer swim rec classes, which you can learn more about here.

Earn BeWell Berries

If you are a staff/faculty member that has completed your SHALA, you can earn BeWell Berries, which can be redeemed for a cash incentive. All three of our group fitness passes qualify for two BeWell Berries per quarter starting this fall, and Rec Classes qualify for one BeWell Berry.

There is a two berry limit for BeWell-priced classes.

How do I get my BeWell berry (for eligible staff and faculty)?

BeWell berries will be automatically applied upon successful completion of registration (please allow 2-3 weeks for it to show up in your BeWell account).
