FREE F45 Workouts for Stanford affiliates!

We are excited to share with you the opportunity to participate in FREE F45 workouts from your home, virtually! F45 Training is a HIIT, circuit-based training system that combines cardio, strength, and plyometric movements for a complete workout in 45 minutes.

The F45 Challenge portal is 100% free for Stanford participants that use their @stanford.edu email. Follow the link below to register, and you will have access to on-demand bodyweight and weighted workouts!
