Free Fitness Week – September 2019
The school year is coming up quick. Enjoy the final moments of summer with our Free Fitness Week. Take free group fitness classes for the entire week (and a half) from September 4 – 13. Drop-in and try classes like Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, or Barre Fusion.
This is a great chance to find out whether you want to purchase one of our group fitness passes for the quarter. In Fall 2019, we will have more classes than ever before for our participants, so it is the perfect time to join our fitness program. We are adding new group fitness classes, new rec classes, and a new group fitness pass option. For more details about our new offerings, visit https://rec.stanford.edu/newclasses.
Free Fitness Week Schedule
There is no limit to how many classes you can attend but every class is first come, first served. All classes are drop-in, including F45, and no registration is required. Check out the full schedule below.

Things To Know
Anyone with a valid Stanford-issued ID card (SUID) and access to our recreation centers can attend these free group fitness classes. You can check whether you have access on this page.
Please remember to wear proper athletic attire and shoes, and bring your own yoga mat (if needed). It is also helpful to bring a water bottle and towel.
If you enjoy Free Fitness Week, the next step is to purchase a group fitness pass so you can enjoy the benefits for the entire quarter.
Group fitness classes help many people stay active and motivated. We try to offer a variety of classes to appeal to different interests. Whether you prefer the calm environment of Yoga or the high-intensity of F45, there are options for you. Best of all, you aren’t limited to one or the other because the group fitness passes allow you to take as many classes as you want each quarter.
