Body Conditioning

Class Description

Full-body conditioning workout for everyone designed to enhance muscle definition, balance, strength and endurance in major muscle groups. Focus on the upper and lower body, as well as the core. Class uses elastic resistance bands, weights, your own body weight, and includes some cardio interval training.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.
