Class Description

Drop the weight and go for your fitness goals. This class includes cardio and strength activities done in a Boot Camp style. The easy to follow activities can be modified to be as challenging as you want.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.
