Class Description

Want a focused workout that targets the core and glutes? Class uses free weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to target your entire body, with a special focus on abs, thighs, and glutes. All levels welcome.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.
