Cross Training

Class Description

A variety of cardio interval training, muscle conditioning and stretching exercises are performed to improve overall full-body strength and conditioning.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.
