Pilates Sculpt & Conditioning Mat

Class Description

This creative combination class is a challenging workout that blends the elegant precision, control, concentration and flow of Pilates with dynamic resistance training using Thera bands. You will sculpt your core, tone muscles and greatly improve balance and flexibility with this full body movement class. Many of the exercises will also creatively use Pilates balls, Pilates Circles, and Yoga blocks to challenge you, make you stronger, longer and improve your overall endurance and stamina.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.
