This class focuses on connecting breath to movement, building heat, strength and flexibility.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.

Yoga classes are held in both the AOERC and ACSR in our studio spaces.
