Cardinal Group Fitness: Fall Preview Week and Fitness Schedule

As we bid farewell to the summer months, we welcome the change of seasons and introduce the Fall Group Fitness schedule. The schedule includes additional yoga, aqua, and Cycling/TRX Combo classes.

Try a class for free during our Fall Preview Week, September 23rd through September 27th. Join us at the Recreation and Wellness Center as you continue your path to wellness along with your Stanford Redwood City community!
