We strive to offer challenging and fun group fitness and recreation classes for everyone. Whether you are looking to try something new or you’re wanting to push it to the limits, we have something for every level of fitness.
Sharpen your basketball skills, enjoy morning yoga sessions, build muscle with our personal trainers, or learn how to cartwheel in gymnastics. Our talented staff is here to help you through every step of your fitness journey.

Stanford students, Faculty/Staff and Stanford Community are eligible to participate in the Group Fitness Program. Stanford Community members are Dependents 18 and older, Spouses, Hospital Employees who have purchased an Athletic Access Card, Alums who have purchased an Alumni Membership, Retirees, or Partners of a Student, Faculty or Staff.
