Fitness Classes

We are pleased to continue in-person group fitness classes for the Summer Quarter! We are now holding group fitness classes with our certified instructors outside and inside for all Faculty/Staff and eligible Stanford affiliates.

Our fitness classes follow recommended guidelines for activity during COVID-19, so you can join in on the fun while staying safe and socially distanced.

All of our programs will ensure a minimum of 6-feet of physical distancing between individuals is maintained at all times. Staff and participants must wear a face covering at all times. 
Please take the Stanford Health Check 1-2 hours before arriving at class.
