Free Fitness Week!

Free Fitness Week: March 18-22

Yes, we said free.

Classes, over the five days from March 18 through March 22, are sponsored by both the Health Improvement Program (HIP) and Stanford Recreation & Wellness (Rec).

Bring a friend and try classes such as Power Yoga, F45 Cardio, Bombay Jam, Running Made Easy and many more.

  • Participants must have a Stanford-issued ID card to enter the facility.
  • Individuals without Stanford-issued ID cards will be required to pay a day pass fee to participate in FREE Fitness Week.
  • Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no class reservations during FREE Fitness Week.
  • You may want to bring a towel and water bottle.
  • All classes on the court use mats, and there are no mats at the facility. Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat.

Interested in quarterly classes?
Winter classes end March 15. Registration for Spring classes begins at 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2019 for classes that start April 1 and end June 7. Rec offers a variety of fitness classes, and HIP offers both fitness and Healthy Living classes.
