Free Preview Week: June 24-29
Try before you buy! From June 24 – 29, you can try out any of the Main Campus and Redwood City Group Fitness classes for free. There are a wide variety of classes to match any interest or fitness level. Enjoy popular favorites like Zumba and Yoga, or you can try something new like Circuit Weight Training or Indoor Cycling.
All participants must have a valid Stanford ID or access to our recreation facilities. You can check your eligibility here. Classes are drop-in and first-come, first-served. Please dress appropriately for each class, and it is always a good idea to bring water and a towel.

Or, view the Redwood City preview week schedule below, and see which classes look like a good fit for you. Redwood City’s preview week runs from June 24-28 because the facility is not open on weekends.
Group Fitness Pass
If you want access to these great group fitness classes all summer long, consider purchasing a group fitness pass. This will allow to take as many classes as you want each week from June – September. With so many options at our Main Campus and Redwood City Campus, you can find the perfect workouts to fit around your busy schedule.
The Cardinal Pass also allows you to take advantage of all the Cardinal classes on both the main Stanford Campus and Redwood City campus. You get double the amount of group fitness options for one price.
The Platinum Pass gives you access to the Cardinal classes and our reservation-based classes like F45. For an additional fee of $50 compared to the Cardinal Pass, you can take advantage of even more group fitness opportunities.
