Mental Health Awareness Month | 2025

Move your body. Lift your mind. Connect with your community.

Join us as we shine a light on the connection between physical activity and mental well-being. Throughout the month, enjoy free opportunities to engage, designed to support your mental health and help you move, reflect, and recharge.

Engage

Gratitude Boards

We invite our community to share what they’re grateful for.
You'll find Gratitude Boards at the AOERC, ACSR, and Redwood City locations — take a moment to pause, reflect, and add a note of appreciation.
We hope these boards offer a space to spread positivity, connect with others, and remind ourselves of the good around us.

Work remotely? No worries - share what you are grateful for here.
