2023 Annual Survey
We are listening - your feedback is critical in helping us shape our programming and operations for the next year.
At Stanford Recreation and Wellness, our cause is to ignite a culture of belonging and well-being through movement, play, adventure, and learning. Please let us know how we are doing by taking this brief 5-minute survey. In appreciation of your time, all survey participants will have the opportunity to be entered in a raffle for the following prizes:
- Apple AirPods (one winner)
- Adventure Trip (one winner, student-only eligibility)
- Outdoor Center Membership (one winner)
- Cardinal Pass (three winners)
- Virtual Fitness Membership (three winners)
- Guest Pass (ten winners)
Winners will be announced on the week of July 10th, 2023.
