Ford Center ID Requirement

The card reader on the main entrance to Ford Center will be active starting on Monday, May 6!  

You will need your Stanford ID card to access the facility when a Member Services employee is not working the front desk.  When a Membership Services staff member is at the front desk, please be prepared to scan your ID card.  

If you have any alumni who still work out in Ford-Burnham or frequently visit your program, they will need to obtain a Recreation ID card. Please email recmembership@stanford.edu to obtain a card.

Hourly access:

• Student athletes with locker rooms inside Ford-Burnham:  5:00 am-11:00 pm, Monday-Sunday
• Support staff to the teams inside Ford-Burnham (Mens and Womens Gymnastics, Mens Volleyball):  24/7 access
• All other cardholders:  Same hours as ACSR (**hours adjusted during breaks and holidays**)
  • Monday-Thursday:  6:00 am-11:00 pm
  • Friday:  6:00 am-9:00 pm
  • Saturday-Sunday:  9:00 am-9:00 pm

Member Services Staffing Hours - Starting Monday, May 20th, 2024

Monday-Friday:  4:00 pm-Close

Saturday-Sunday:  Open to Close (9:00 am-9:00 pm)
