Fitness 101

New to the gym or Stanford Recreation and Wellness facilities? Come to Fitness 101 to learn more about our fitness center’s equipment, amenities, and more! Our experienced fitness professionals will help set you up for success, including a guided full-body workout using selectorized machines and free weights.
