Wellness Month 2023

This August, we invite you to join us outside.

What is more refreshing than enjoying the great outdoors?

Our Wellness Month programming is designed to help you find joy in the outdoors while also providing you with countless opportunities to help you relax, unwind and take a break from your fast-paced life.

Whether you are an adventure enthusiast or just seeking a moment of solitude, we invite you to explore the beauty of nature, connect with like-minded individuals, and experience the benefits of spending time outside. See opportunities to get involved below!
