A Day in the Life at the Avery Rec Pool
Come hang out with Aquatics at the Avery Rec Pool! Aquatics Director, Jen, and her trusty admins will be taking over @stanfordurec (Instagram) where you can see what the lifeguards are doing, ask questions, and see some more familiar faces!
20 minute meditation: 9:00 AM
Come as you are to this brief 20-minute meditation designed to bring some ease into the body and mind. No meditation experience necessary. We’ll take a deep breath together and practice supporting and grounding ourselves through the current transitions.
