Fit to Run

Class Description

No matter where you are in your running career we will work on goal setting and improving running efficiency and overall performance. Special attention to running form, working smarter not harder and how to best prevent injury is integrated into each workout. The focus in on fun and overall wellness.

Pass Eligibility

Faculty/Staff are single sign-ups for Fall Quarter.
