Cycling Class Description

This class is designed for all fitness levels to give you a challenging cardiovascular workout. Each class will vary but you can expect: upbeat music, hill climbs, sprints, intervals and more challenges.

Pass Eligibility

Faculty/Staff are single sign-ups for Fall Quarter.
