Within a flowing sequence of postures this class focuses on alignment, balance and concentration. Emphasis will be placed on core strength and breath awareness. Participants will increase strength and flexibility.
All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, and Platinum.
