HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) & Core

This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, and improve your endurance. The class ends with 15 minutes of core/abs and 5 minutes of stretching.

Pass Eligibility

All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal and Platinum.

This class is drop-in only.
