With the foundation of traditional Pilates core work and full-body integration, this class also includes strength training with light hand weights and resistance bands to enable participants to be proactive in addressing the changing fitness needs that occur with age. Exercises will focus on increasing bone mass, muscle mass, and flexibility, as well as on improving balance.
All group fitness passes can take this class, including Cardinal and Platinum.
