Redwood City Class Description

This fitness class incorporates elements of Pilates, yoga, ballet and functional training. In each energizing workout, participants will use exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch the entire body. The isometric movements that take place reduce pressure on joints, help participants build more lean muscle mass, raise metabolic rate and improve core strength and posture.
