Tai Chi Class Description

Tai Chi movements are calming and relaxing. They help reduce stress by releasing muscle tension, improving balance and mind-body coordination. This class is safe aerobic exercise that enhances limb strength, flexibility in joints and improve circulation in the inner system. It is ideal for those who work in the office or on computers. “Chronic Condition Friendly” and “Older Adult Friendly” class.
