Facilities

Arrillaga Center for Sports & Recreation (ACSR)

ACSR  is a 75,000 square foot recreation facility located on the east side of campus. It includes an 11,000 square foot fitness room with weight machines and cardio equipment, the Erickson Family Courts (three full length basketball courts), seven squash courts, the Fencing Center, and a 3,600 square foot studio. Adaptive equipment available at ACSR includes a SCIFIT PRO1000, NuStep T5XR Recumbent Cross Trainer and Marpo VMX Rope Trainer. Additionally, elevated stretching tables, a chest press machine, a shoulder press machine and a row machine are available with removable seats for wheelchair access. Please contact the recreation center for additional information or assistance.recreation@stanford.edu

Arrillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center (AOERC)

AOERC opened in Fall 2013 and has three basketball courts, fitness studios, a rock-climbing wall, weight training and exercise facilities, a cycling shop, support for outdoor education programs, a recreational pool, and wheelchair-accessible showers and lockers. Adaptive equipment available at the AOERC Fitness Center includes two SCIFIT PRO1000 machines, a Marpo VMX Rope Trainer (attached to synergy 360), Technogym Kinesis Cable Trainer, and elevated stretching tables.The recreational pool is equipped with a sloped entry into the pool and a transfer chair. Stanford Redwood City Recreation and Wellness Center

SRWC Recreation and Wellness Center is a 28,000 square foot facility which includes a six-lane rooftop pool, indoor basketball court, state-of-the-art fitness equipment and wheelchair accessible showers and lockers. The rooftop pool is equipped with a sloped entry into the pool and a transfer chair. Adaptive equipment available at the AOERC Fitness Center includes a SCIFIT PRO1000 and a NuStep T4R Recumbent Cross Trainer. 

Avery Aquatic Center

Avery Aquatic Center has open swim sessions, and accessible locker rooms and a wheelchair lift are available. Contact the center for additional details/arrangements.(650) 725-0725
