Schedule an appointment the Stanford ID Card Office to get your SUID.
Partners of affiliates are eligible to obtain a courtesy card,which grants them access to Recreation and Wellness facilities.
How to get a courtesy card: Submit a Help Ticket and attach your acceptable documentation from the list here, images of the government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), and a photo of your spouse/partner.
Dependents are eligible to obtain a Recreation ID card, which grants them access to Recreation and Wellness facilities.
