Guest Passes

Guest passes give individuals access to Stanford Recreational Facilities. Guest Pass holders do not have access to programs.
Our guest passes require a Stanford affiliate, program, or association sponsorship. Sponsors need to be present upon initial purchase, and do not need to be present during subsequent visits.
Qualifying sponsors
- Stanford Affiliates (students, staff, faculty, etc.)
- Stanford Alumni (members of the SAA)
- Stanford Hospital Employees
- Conference Attendees over 18 years old (during official conference or program dates)
- Stanford Program Participants
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during Youth and Family Access Hours, and are not allowed in the Fitness Center.
Getting Started
- Visit one of our facilities during operating hours with your sponsor.
- Bring your driver's license or state ID.
- Bring a method of payment: Credit Card or Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.
