Alumni Membership
This membership is for Stanford Alumni year-round. You must be part of the Alumni or GSB Association and have an Association card to qualify.
Alumni Membership Options
This membership covers one individual.
This tier covers two individuals—the primary member (head of the household) and their designated "plus one”. Your Plus One doesn't have to be a spouse or domestic partner—we welcome roommates, friends, or other family members to be designated as your Plus One.
Please have the following information ready for each member:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Designed to accommodate a broader household, the Family Membership includes coverage for three to seven individuals. This includes the head of the household, their designated "plus one," and up to five dependents. Dependents are defined as individuals under the age of 26 that reside within the same household as the primary member.
Please have the following information ready for each member:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address

Please note: Stanford Alumni can also purchase day passes.
Getting Started
To obtain a badge to enter our facilities, nonaffiliates will need to purchase a membership.
- Visit one of our facilities during operating hours to set up your membership.
- Please bring:
- Alumni or GSB Association Card (digital or physical)
- State ID or Driver's License
- Bring a method of payment: Credit Card or Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.
- Once your purchase is complete, please email a headshot to recmembership@stanford.edu for ID card printing. If you're on a Plus One or Family membership, please include headshots of all members. We will notify you by email when your card(s) are ready for pick-up.
