Community Membership
This membership is for Stanford University affiliates (e.g., approved contractors, Plus Ones of GME residents and fellows*, ARC Institute personnel, DAPER season ticket holders, and those in a Stanford program who are not eligible for an SUID). Please note that Stanford Community Memberships are only available to approved affiliates, not the general public.
Community Membership Options
This membership covers one individual.
This tier covers two individuals—the primary member (head of the household) and their designated "plus one”. Your Plus One doesn't have to be a spouse or domestic partner—we welcome roommates, friends, or other family members to be designated as your Plus One.
Designed to accommodate a broader household, the Family Membership includes coverage for three to seven individuals. This includes the head of the household, their designated "plus one," and up to five dependents. Dependents are defined as individuals under the age of 26 that reside within the same household as the primary member.
Please have the following information ready for each member:

Getting Started
To obtain a badge to enter our facilities, nonaffiliates will need to purchase a membership.
- Visit one of our facilities during operating hours to set up your membership.
- Please bring:
- Proof of affiliation with Stanford (appointment letter, badge, offer letter, program details, etc.)
- State ID or Driver's License
- Bring a method of payment: Credit Card or Apple Pay. Cash is not accepted.
- Once your purchase is complete, please email a headshot to recmembership@stanford.edu for ID card printing. If you're on a Plus One or Family membership, please include headshots of all members. We will notify you by email when your card(s) are ready for pick-up.
