Weeks to Well-Being only at SRWC

Join us as SRWC challenges its members to enjoy the weeks leading to Fall campus return with fitness and well-being!

This challenge is to encourage physical activity/movement and emphasize the overall well-being among members at the SRWC Recreation and Wellness Center.

Throughout the course of the next five weeks (August 2 – Sept 3), there will be a weekly theme and well-being-related opportunities to earn points at SRWC! These challenges are all aimed to get you active and out of your “normal” routine, all while implementing the exciting chance for awesome prizes and being entered in raffles for other giveaways!

Week 1: Walk with us

8/5 @ 12:00 PM: In-Person Cardinal Walk.

Week 2 (8/9 – 8/14): Bring a friend

Register and choose from one of our many Fitness Classes at SRWC.

Week 3 (8/16 – 8/21): Try something new

Participate in any swim, cardio & strength, group fitness, virtual fitness, fitness garden, or pick-up sport activity.

Week 4 (8/23 – 8/28): Take a Virtual Fitness Class

Get moving from the comfort of your own home with our Virtual Fitness Classes such as Barre Sculpt, Hatha Yoga, HIIT & Core, and more!

Week 5 (8/30 – 9/4): Try a pick-up sport
