Cardinal Group Fitness Schedule – Spring Quarter

Spring Quarter: March 30, 2020 – June 5, 2020

These classes are drop-in only and available to any participants who purchase a Cardinal, Cardinal Cycling, or Platinum Group Fitness Pass. Participants can also visit and take classes on the Redwood City Cardinal Pass Schedule.

Color Key

  • Grey = Yoga/Pilates-focused Class
  • Yellow = Cardio-focused Class
  • Red = Cardio/Strength-focused Class
  • Black = Strength-focused Class
