Stanford Redwood City Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Cardinal Group Fitness Pass
The Cardinal Group Fitness Pass Schedule gives access to a variety of fitness classes (reservations preferred, drop-ins allowed) at both the main campus and Redwood City.
Platinum Group Fitness
The Platinum Group Fitness Pass Schedule gives access to all classes available on the Cardinal PLUS additional reservation-based F45 classes for an add-on fee of $60 per quarter. This pass is only available at the main campus.
EVGR Group Fitness Pass
The EVGR Group Fitness Pass Schedule gives access to all classes available on the EVGR Pass Schedule. This pass is only available at the Escondido Village Graduate Residences. Cardinal Passes do not give access to EVGR classes.
SRWC Cardinal Group Fitness Pass
The SRWC Cardinal Group Fitness Pass Schedule gives access to all non-reservation-based (drop-in) classes at Stanford Redwood City Recreation and Wellness Center.
The Cardinal-Pass Drop-In at Stanford Redwood City is great for people working 1-2 days a week that don’t need or have time to buy Cardinal classes for the whole quarter.
For only $14, you can drop into any class only once during the quarter. If you want more flexibility and access, Cardinal Pass is also available at $50, and $100 passes.

Pass Information
All participants pay a quarterly fee for each of the passes to access group fitness classes taught by experienced, certified instructors. Your pass allows you to take as many classes as you want during the quarter, so you can change up your schedule each week or pick a few favorites.

Faculty/Staff Group Fitness Classes
Purchasing a class in the Faculty/Staff Group Fitness Class Schedule reserves your space in that class for the entire quarter. Each class on this schedule requires individual registration. These classes are targeted for Faculty/Staff.
Safety Precautions
All of our programs will ensure a minimum of 6-feet of physical distancing between individuals is maintained at all times.

These are non-credit classes provided by Stanford Recreation Fitness Programs.
