Stanford Recreation and Wellness offers different pass options available through the Group Fitness Program.

Cardinal Group Fitness Pass🏅
The Cardinal Group Fitness Pass Schedule gives access to a variety of fitness classes at both the main campus and Redwood City.
Winter Schedule
🏫 Faculty/Staff Group Fitness Classes
Purchasing a class in the Faculty/Staff Group Fitness Class Schedule reserves your space in that class for the entire quarter. Each class on this schedule requires individual registration. Faculty, staff, courtesy card holders, graduate students, post docs, fellows, hospital employees, alumni, retirees are all welcome to register and participate!
Cardinal + F45 Membership đź’Ž
The Cardinal + F45 Membership gives access to all classes available on the Cardinal PLUS additional reservation-based F45 classes for an additional fee per quarter. F45 classes require a reservation via Member Portal.
This membership is only available on Stanford campus.
Winter Schedule
How to make F45 Class Reservations
All F45 reservations can be made on the same registration page for Cardinal+F45 Memberships. Class reservations open 72 hours in advance of class start time.

Booking Window:
- As F45 classes open up for reservations, they will be displayed on the reservation page.
- Reservations open 72 hours before the start time of each class.
- Reservations close 30 mins prior to start time of each class.
- Walk-ins are welcome, space permitting.
Check-In Reminder:
- Participants should arrive before the start time of the class to check-in. Once class starts, the studio doors will close and entry will not be permitted.
Cancellation Policy/To support fair access to high-demand classes:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class start time so another participant may reserve your spot.
- Late cancellations and no-shows may result in:
- Restriction from booking future F45 sessions (based on repeated missed reservations).

Redwood City Cardinal Group Fitness Pass 🌆
The Redwood City Cardinal Group Fitness Pass gives access to all non-reservation-based (drop-in) classes at Stanford Redwood City Recreation and Wellness Center.
The Cardinal Group Fitness Drop-In Pass at Stanford Redwood City is a great way to participate in our group fitness classes without committing to the full quarter.

10 passes - $160

Pass Information
All participants pay a quarterly fee for each of the passes to access group fitness classes taught by experienced, certified instructors. Your pass allows you to take as many classes as you want during the quarter, so you can change up your schedule each week or pick a few favorites.
