Guest Pass Policy Updates

Since Recreation and Wellness transitioned to digital guest passes in 2021, we will no longer accept nor digitize paper guest passes (“red passes”) after Sunday, June 23, 2024. 

Please bring all remaining paper guest passes to any of our front desks for digitization before the deadline. 

The following apply to all guests and guest pass purchases:

  • Guest passes and guest pass packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Be sure to redeem your passes within the year!
  • Pass transfers must be initiated by the Stanford affiliate. 
  • Guests cannot transfer passes to other guests. Our system only allows pass transfers of single guest pass or entire guest pass packages. For example, when a five-pack is purchased with the intention of transfer, all five passes must be transferred to one individual. 
  • Guest pass packages cannot be subdivided. 
  • All guests must accept the Guest Acknowledgement and Stanford Recreation and Wellness Waiver. 
  • Recreation and Wellness reserves the right to refuse guest passes and guest access when deemed necessary.
